Alkyd (奥可得) fast-drying oils & mediums: tips

Alkyd fast-drying oil colours (奥可得) use alkyd resin as the binder. They are usually touch-dry in about 24 hours, depending on temperature and humidity, so the next layer can go on sooner than with traditional oils.
Fast drying makes it practical to cover large areas quickly and build thicker layers over an underpainting or sketch without disturbing it.
Alkyd Resin Fast-Drying Medium (醇酸树脂速干媒介): thins oil colours and increases transparency and gloss. Available in 24h, 24–36h and 48h drying versions (60ml / 125ml / 250ml / 500ml). Choose the drying time that suits the painting.
Alkyd Gel Medium (凝胶媒介): keeps the body of the oil colour while increasing transparency and flow. Fast (24h) and slow (48h) versions, 100ml / 250ml / 500ml.
Turpentine is used to dilute oil paints and to clean brushes.
Store paints and mediums away from sunlight, humidity and heat, in a cool and dark place.
