We want you to love every brushstroke with Paul Rubens products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of art supplies (pigments/paper), we cannot accept returns for items that have been tested, squeezed, or used.

2. No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items. We want your return process to be as straightforward as possible.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or leaky, we provide a free replacement or full refund. No return of the damaged item is necessary—just send clear photos to our support team.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our artist support team at paulrubensshop@gmail.com. Since we ship from multiple locations, we will provide you with the specific return address (US or International) depending on your order details.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Used paints, brushes, or opened paper pads
